About Us
North Western Circles Association (NWCA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization composed of representatives of some of the primary working magical circles in central California, as well as prominent solitary practitioners, with the common goal of hosting major festivals in the Sacramento area. NWCA consists of motivated, experienced event planners who have been active in the Sacramento Pagan festival circuit since 1999. Each board member brings extensive practical experience to the association and the festivals they sponsor.
Events sponsored by NWCA benefit local wildlife treatment facilities as decided by the NWCA Board of Directors.
NWCA is also dedicated to providing a listing of vetted magical groups in the Sacramento area that we can personally endorse without hesitation.
